Project Management

Banner understands how important project deadlines are to our customers. We utilize a robust Advanced Product Quality Planning process to manage program launches and engineering changes. Representatives from Executive Management, Sales, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Toolroom have active roles in these planning teams to assure timing is successfully met. We encourage participation from our customers during all phases of the project and believe that real-time communication is key. All projects are given priority regardless if they are a simple engineering change or a large package of new or transferred business.
